The people behind Ethnomedico.com

This website was set up by biology students and is now maintained by what turned into biologists. It is an attempt to provide information about some aspects of the wide and fascinating subject of ethnomedicine.

We do not claim that the articles on our website are complete, nor can we guarantee accuracy of the information. We encourage our readers to evaluate the material provided sceptically and openly. We hope that Ethnomedico.com will grow over time and that it will serve as an inspirational source for everybody who is interested with its topics – for professional or private reasons.

We aim to collect scientifically profound information about ethnologically inspired medicine and write articles that are commonly understandable. Beyond this general interest, we try to refer our readers to scientific publications and supplementary literature.
